Yağmur Rüzgar (b. 1990, Istanbul) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans art, design, and direction. Her art practice, which forms the central focus of her recent work, is driven by site-specific narratives and the unseen layers of cultural, urban, and architectural history. These investigations often materialize as sculptures, installations, or interventions that appear either overtly present or, on the contrary, subtly integrated within their surroundings. Her approach to creativity embraces nearly every aspect of a project with an overarching perspective—from art direction to object design, and from printed materials to photography.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in Istanbul and a master’s in Public Art from Bauhaus University Weimar, where she also initiated the lecture series Seeking Unseen. In 2017, she co-founded Paleworks in Los Angeles, a branding and design studio.

Throughout her versatile career, her work has been exhibited at the Bauhaus Museum, Maxim Gorki Theater, Milan Design Week, Berlin Art Week, Conceptual Biennale, and the Venice Architecture Biennale. Yağmur Rüzgar currently lives and works in Berlin.
